Elizabeth Villalobos (She/Her), Senior HR & Operations Specialist, supports Health Access’ activities and staff by combining strong strategic and creative critical thinking skills with the organization’s mission and values. Elizabeth believes in the value of a healthy and balanced workplace that fosters unity, diversity, and inclusion.
Elizabeth received her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from CSU, Sacramento as a first generation Latinx, daughter of Mexican Immigrants. Before joining Health Access, Elizabeth was a Program Coordinator for CSU, Sacramento’s ASI Food Pantry.
