Californians are getting real benefits under the Affordable Care Act, but there’s a lot of work to do–those were the findings of our 2-year status report, where we worked hard to detail California-specific findings.
Several media outlets covered the report, including Capitol Public Radio, in their piece “California Health Leaders Applaud State Reforms Two Years In” and California Watch, in their article “Health Reform Enters 2nd Year Amid Broad Changes and Challenges.”
The Los Angeles Times mentioned the report when reporting on a new bill to prevent problems in implementation by scam artists: “Consumer advocates seek new rules on deceptive health marketing.”
We hope it provides good background information to reporters, advocates and activists, and the public, as we head into the 2nd anniversary of the Act on Friday, and the oral arguments at the Supreme Court on Monday.
