How to rate the federal health reform bills? Channeling Harry Truman, Jon Cohn of The New Republic magazine asked a panel of experts to provide their perspective. The bottom line is that the House bill is superior, especially on the core issue of providing coverage and security to consumers. Hopefully, the key elements will survive the process.
