You may notice the new format of the Health Access blog, which is a work in progress.
This is the start of broader improvements on the Health Access website, as we too get excited for the beginning of the new open enrollment period for Covered California, and nearly 111 days until the start of new coverage options under the Affordable Care Act.
Please bear with us as we adjust and improve and website. But with all the changes, some things will be the same: we still are working to make this blog a must-read update about what is going on in California health policy and politics, in Sacramento in the legislature and administratively at state agencies, with regard to bills, ballot measures, and the state and federal budget.
This blog has been active for more than a decade–and the archives are now more accessible, providing a unique history of the health reform movement in California and nationally, of the California budget crisis, and more.
